Water Water Water


I've recently about a month ago started drinking a 64 oz container of water a day. See pic, I started because I know that I need more water in my daily intake. I work out on a weekly basis and drinking more water, which is pretty much common sense, helps me not to become dehydrated. I've changed a lot of things in my daily morning skin, hair, and body regimen. I'm not getting any older, ;) so we must take care of the body we have!

Other benefits of drinking water include:

-It helps remove toxins and allows the "good stuff" (vitamins, minerals, etc...) in your body to actually do what they need to do.
-It hydrates the cells in your body... so your hair is more moisturized and grows in healthier, your nails are not as brittle, your skin improves elasticity and if you have dry skin it can help with that.
-It really helps with weight loss because many of the reactions that happen in our body require water to take place. It helps with the breakdown of fat.
-Purifies the body!

I hope that everyone had a wonderful weekend! I went to the Myrtle Beach to visit my Mother this weekend. I never take for granted the time that we spend together. Mother's day is everyday, take the time to tell her and the ones you love that you Love them.
